Contract , Commercial and Consumer Law

The Contract, Commercial and Consumer Law Section is a forum for members interested in any aspects of contract law, commercial law,and consumer law broadly defined to include agency, bailment, carriage of goods, sale of goods, consumer law and associated matters. The group meets at the Society’s annual conference, and the convenor welcomes proposals for papers on any aspect of contract, commercial and consumer law, which may be doctrinal, theoretical, historical or related to practice.
