Human Rights, Law and Religion: Perspectives on the Islamic Face Veil
On 30 March 2015 Nottingham Law School will host a seminar exploring the legal and human rights implications of legal restrictions imposed on the wearing of Islamic face veil, bringing together some leading commentators on the issue from across academia, legal practice and the media.
In the wake of the appalling events in Paris in January 2015 it is more important than ever that such difficult issues are openly discussed and debated.
