“Harmonisation of insolvency law in Europe: trends and prospects”.

As in previous years, one slot in the Forum program has been reserved for the presentation of a paper to be selected in a competition.  Doctoral students and early career researchers are particularly encouraged to submit a paper in this competition.  Papers can be on any insolvency law or restructuring law topic, although papers related in some way to the Forum theme are particularly welcome.

The competition winner will be invited to present the paper at the Forum, with reasonable travel expenses (from within Europe) reimbursed, together with accommodation if on the day travel is not feasible.

Entries’ deadline: Wednesday 3 February 2016.
